Sponsor Allocation
We sent the sponsor code to your sponsor point of contact via email. We recommend using this code for your speakers and sales/marketing people at the booth. These attendees will be automatically approved. Allocation: Platinum (12), Gold (8), Silver (4)
Additional Allocation
Additional SMEs from your organization can register for FinOps X. There is no specific limit to these tickets but we actively monitor the event attendee balance for fair usage.
$899 Group Rate is only for end-user organizations, not vendors.
Governing Board and Technical Advisory Council
Governing Board members and the Technical Advisory Council members have received a code for a complimentary ticket.
Registration opens on Monday, June 2, at 4 PM for general attendees
Badge pickup for the sponsor booth staff is Monday, June 2, from 12 – 2 PM

Sponsors are responsible for breaking down their boxes/trash and putting them away in a centralized trash bin (weʼll share details onsite). Trash will need to be disposed of before the Welcome Reception.

Expo Hall Hours
Please ensure your booth is appropriately staffed during busy periods — breaks, lunch, Welcome Reception, and Sponsor Networking Reception. See the agenda for detailed information.
Turnkey booth
The sponsorship comes with a turnkey booth, including a back wall, locking cabinet, monitor, and 5 Amp power with a power strip. Please bring your own HDMI cable and adapter.
Furnishing
Do not place swag/items on the floor, as it can be a tripping hazard for attendees. The Foundation staff will ask you to remove any freestanding objects. Everything (including furnishing) must be in your booth space.

FinOps Foundation will not provide a physical device – it will be an app to download on your own device. Lead scanner accounts are allocated based on sponsor tickets:
Lead scanner account is tied to the email address registered for FinOps X. Get your staff registered for FinOps X before sending us the list of email addresses for lead scanner.
Please note: Lead scanning is only allowed at your booth in the expo hall. Any sponsors found scanning leads outside of their area will have all leads removed from their devices.
We provided the name of your meeting room. Please use this naming convention when sharing with attendees: TOWER, LEVEL #, MEETING ROOM NAME.Find the meeting room on the venue map.
Unless you have the add-on for Monday, June 2nd, your conference room is available starting June 3rd at 8AM and ending June 4th at 6PM. These rooms will be unlocked by 8AM.
If you need a monitor/AV equipment in the room and have not added one with your sponsorship, please reach out to Manuel.otis@encoreglobal.com
There is directional signage to help get attendees to rooms. Your company logo will be displayed on the digital reader outside the door. There is no additional signage or marketing permitted outside the meeting room. You are welcome to have branding inside the meeting room if required.
Please note: You need to have a conference badge to access the meeting room.

Code of Conduct violations can result in revocation of the conference badge and exclusion from future events. All attendees have agreed to the Code of Conduct as part of their registration.
