Productizing FinOps for the Public Sector

Treating FinOps as a product can position your organization to better tackle the needs to enact the FinOps Framework. In this session, I would talk about our journey of developing reporting with the support of our internal clients, development quarterly roadmaps based on our maturity in the space and then discuss what business as usual looks like for a FinOps product team and what we are driving towards as we come to the end of our migration journey and to more of a steady state.
