FinOps: the Woven by Toyota Way

FinOps and Toyota share many guiding principles, and in this session we will introduce four key terms of the Toyota way and how each of these align with a FinOps principle. From allocation, reporting and analytics, cloud policy and governance, and workload optimization, we show how these align to the Toyota way. To close we will share our journey so far and problems we have faced, including infrastructure standardization, GPU and storage usage benchmarking, and Kubernetes visualization.
