Promoting Your Talk

To help promote your talk, we are asking each speaker to record a 30-second teaser video and post it to your social media channel using #finops. Once you have posted your teaser, please let us know on the #FinOps-x-2023-speakers Slack Channel, which we will invite you to directly.

We also appreciate you spreading the word about your presentation on LinkedIn and other channels in your networks . Once the schedule is live, we will add sample posts that you can share on your social media channels.

Inclusive Speaker Orientation Online Course

In collaboration with the National Center for Women in Technology (NCWIT), the Linux Foundation has created an online course designed to teach the viewer about inclusion, diversity, and unconscious bias. We highly recommend all of our speakers watch the course to learn tips/tools to use when speaking to encourage inclusivity in presentations and messaging.

We ask that speakers especially review this code of conduct and are careful to be inclusive in the words and images used during their presentations.
