Sponsor Allocation
We sent the sponsor code to your sponsor point of contact via email. We recommend using this code for your speakers and sales/marketing people at the booth. These attendees will be automatically approved. Allocation: Platinum (8), Gold (5), Silver (2), Digital (1 – must be SME).
Additional Allocation
In addition, members can purchase tickets at an early bird rate ($999). Allocation: Premier (3), General (1), Cloud Provider – billing SME (6).
For example, a Premier member who is also a Gold sponsor can get up to 8 tickets (5 sponsor + 3 paid).
Governing Board and Technical Advisory Council
Governing Board members and the Technical Advisory Council members have received a code for a complimentary ticket.
Registration opens on Monday, November 11. You will need the event badge to enter the expo hall for setup. Bring a government-issued ID for the badge pickup. Conference tickets may not be purchased on site.

Turnkey booth
The sponsorship comes with a turnkey booth, including a back wall, cabinet, monitor, and 5 Amp power. Please bring your own HDMI cable, laptop dongle, and European plug adaptor.

Furnishing & Storage
Due to the limited space at the hotel, booth furnishing will not be provided nor can you bring your own. This includes and is not limited to stools, extra cabinets, banners, and anything you place on the expo floor. You will be asked to remove any freestanding objects. Storage is limited to the booth cabinet. We recommend you store empty boxes, extra swag, etc. in your hotel room.
There are no shipping services offered at The W Barcelona. Freight shipping and handling will not be provided due to the size of the hotel, customs clearance issues, and other international freight factors. We encourage you to be more sustainable and suggest you only bring what you can in your luggage and store it in your accommodation. Should you choose to use independent shipping services, neither the FinOps Foundation nor the hotel can take responsibility for coordinating, managing, or storing materials.

Sponsor badge scanning/materials only at booths during expo hours
No “suitcasing” (selling outside the booths as an attendee) & No “outboarding” (unofficial attach events that pull from the conference, including organized customer dinners, prospect events, booth content sessions etc. ). Please contact us if you have questions about attached events.
Code of Conduct violations can result in revocation of the conference badge and exclusion from future events. All attendees have agreed to the Code of Conduct as part of their registration.
